Kevin Gay joins us as outside sales and is originally from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In his free time, he enjoys working out, reading, fishing and BBQing. Fun fact: I am huge sports fan during the fall you will catch me watching OU football on Saturday’s… I bleed Crimson and Cream. I also have several fantasy football championships on my resume. Before joining Bell & McCoy, he began your career in distribution right out of college. He later made the transition into the rep world and have now been in the industry for over seven years.

Matthew Smith joins us as inside sales and is originally from Dallas, TX. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, going to concerts, making music. Fun fact: I’m the first American born person in my entire family tree. My parents are from Ireland and England. Before joining Bell & McCoy, Matthew was a project manager for a company called AMB event group, organizing team operations for major music festivals in the electronic dance music space, ranging from 25,000 attendees to over 500,000.

Katelyn Croyle joins us as project manager and is originally from Flatonia, TX. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, staying active through regular workouts, and spending quality time with her family. These activities help her stay balanced and energized both personally and professionally… Fun fact: Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at the beach—it’s my happy place. In my downtime, I love treating myself to self-care, especially getting my nails and lashes done—you’ll rarely see me without them! Before joining Bell & McCoy, Katelyn i have five years of experience in customer service, including three years as a customer service representative and two years in sales. She takes great pride in ensuring that those around me—both customers and colleagues—feel supported and valued. I also enjoy building strong, positive relationships with team members and clients alike.
